Atrocity follows Johnny. If you have read Nova’s Cirque Du Desir series, you have already met Johnny. If you haven’t, don’t worry, you don’t need to. In fact, this book is about Johnny before he met Lux and came to the circus. It’s kind of like Johnny’s backstory. Anyhow, Johnny is unhinged! He is in the asylum because he murdered someone, while in there, he meets another patient and claims him as his. No one touches what is Johnny’s!

Nova never misses. I’ve said it before, and I will say it again, she just always hits the mark. It’s why I always run to her ARC sign-ups when she has them. I loved every minute of this. I love Johnny from reading the Cirque du Desir series. You shouldn’t love Johnny; he is unhinged, he does not have redeemable qualities, but you can’t help but love him. Maybe you can, and it’s just me, haha.

I’m not even sure what to say, haha, I enjoyed reading it. The writing style was clear and easy to read; it kept me engrossed. I knew going in that it was an erotic horror and no happy ending, still made me kind of sad for Gabriel. He deserved better.
All in all, if you want a good unhinged, spicy as fuck read, you will love this!
